This is not a
typical holiday apartment. The building is very
quiet and the neighbours include several
university professors, architects, lawyers,
industrial engineers, etc., who live there all
the year round. This leads to greater security
and homes are more protected. The owner of the
apartment for sale also lives in the building.
Massalfassar
is a small, quiet, rural town to the north of
the city of Valencia and two kilometres from
several beaches. There is a four star hotel in
the area and several shopping malls with a
MacDonalds, C&A, King Jouet (a toy store),
Visionlab (glasses), Feu Vert (auto parts),
Saturn (computers, phones, fridges), Merkal
(shoes), and the following supermarkets, Lidl,
Sabeco, Aldi, Macro (Cash & Carry), and
Mercadona. A Carrefour will open in the coming
months.
A Regional
Train (Renfe) stops at the station in
Massalfassar and gets into the centre of
Valencia in 20 minutes, while the Underground
(Metro) may be boarded in the neighbouring town
of Museros (a ten minute walk) and passes
through the centre of Valencia in 20 minutes,
before continuing on to stop at the terminal in
Valencia Airport.
Ryan Air has
flights from Dublin to Valencia (and return)
every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, and fares
may be bought on the Internet for as little as
0.01 euro.
